Anoraks Corner Posted July 3, 2011 Posted July 3, 2011 White copies are issues. The catalogue number on the white label copies has the letters, 'DJ' at the end (843L-8527DJ), so at a wild guess they are disc jockey copies? This was a big, big spin for Guy Hennigan during the mid-8T's, but soon copies flooded the (smaller than today) market place. 1
Modernsoulsucks Posted July 3, 2011 Posted July 3, 2011 Yes Flynny, pretty sure I sold that to Guy. Larry Pietowski [Ray] turned them up off a flea market/car boot in Detroit. I got the Rufus Wonder Lendo WDJ off him at the same time. As Larry was never involved in booting and has turned up 1000's of 45s in his time I have no reason to think they are dodgy. ROD
