Anyone else excited by it?

awesome detroit, got a few plays in the 80s

absolute monster record, got everything, not rare enough for the big jocks ever to have got behind it but as good as any £1000 sound IMO

also pressed unusually loud :shades:

Great record - quite well known and about £30 - £40

I have played it out a few times myself, but don't hear it being spun that much.

Regards

Mace.

A few plays in the 80's? Is that it LOL. What a shame and what a waste of a full floor!!

... you big jocks, reading this... who cares if it's not rare... get it spinning :shades:

It seems to be one of those 100 mile per hour sounding tracks, but when you dance to it, it's relatively slow paced really ... thumbsupalibronz.gif

It's that initial tennor vocal trailing into that high pitched squeal of Gypsy Woman that gets me... brilliant vocal arrangement - including the flimsy harmonies.. it just all fits together :shades:

Heres another Fab Peps track that should get played out more.

Its the flip to "My Love Looks Good On You"

I'm sure I've jigged to that at the Dome before Flynny left?

Don't own it anymore and don't DJ but definately would play it out, a fantastic tune :shades:

Cheers Andy... I think internet threads like this might convey the publics passions about certain plays, so hopefully the jocks will take note and delve a little bit deeper or perhaps a little bit more to the left for the playlist they deliver next time :shades:

Think Rob Sawetz from Newbury had it off me, so unless you've had a sex change lately I feel confident in saying no...

That has to be the best record I've heard in a long time. Firrst hearing for me of that one. Have enjoyed several other FP sounds for some time. Those Fabulous Peps were certainly versatile.

quiet many plays at Swedish soul clubs during the years (could be spinned much more though. A while I heard it out) . love it !

That break is awesome :shades:
