I'm wondering if they were somehow connected with the UK Foundations, as singer Colin Young apparently had a version of the group called the New Foundations in the 70s. The single was definitely recorded in the US, as George Kerr produced it. Both sides are written by A. Darling. I thought that if it is somehow connected to the UK group, someone here would know? Thanks in advance.
