top record, deserves to be played more often. they do turn up on ebay now and again but i think there are a couple of copies for sale on here,

https://www.soulmusic...ginals_List.htm

this is one of them records that will only go up in price and will do when a few more start playing it.

hope this helps

Danny

the A side dont bother to knock was in the uk heats for the 1978 eurovision song contest. it came 2nd to co co bad old days( an appalling little ditty) which featured cheryl baker later of bucks fizz. worth about £50 for a uk copy with a picture sleeve. came out in europe and austrailia as well............. but then you probably know that

I bought Gashers Australian copy for my RCA collection. Think I saw Chris Anderton with a copy, try him? ( def saw it listed very recently, probably on here, pretty sure there were two copies, one on the regular label and one on the Aussie RCA - which was why it caught my eye ) if it wasn't Chris, then it might have been Steve Plumb. Hmm, sounds more like Steve than Chris now I've said it....
