The hardest to find Kent album is the second Jackie Wilson one. I've only ever seen one copy, and Chris Anderton gave it to me.

What number is it dave please?

I found the Jackie Wilson Kent album in a local charity shop along with the Tommy Hunt and some other kent albums. I gave it to Julie not long ago.

The Kool Kat 12 is actually by Neil Rushden and all the tracks are fully licensed. There is a great little instrumental by the soulful strings on one side.

I thought the rarest Kent release was the Dyke & The Blazers one?

Got both that and the JW vol 2 one anyway

Love the Count Basie version of Uptight, just because the two artists work so well together. Isn't there a second collaboration with him on there too? I'd need to dig my copy out, it's buried in a case somewhere....

Got a few early Kent lps for sale inc Dykeand the purple vinyl issue 50. Also a few soul supply single and double lps, casino classics, inferno comps and a horace if anyone would be instated I can do a list

Yes, bootleg album done by Colin Bee featuring the very top oldies of the time, yellow labels wasn't it, didn't come with a cover. Probably get £20 for it.

Anyone got a scan of Souled on Soul compilation and track listing. I think it was a United artists lp . Carl Douglas. Serving a sentence of life was on it if I remember rightly.  Thanks in advance
