Where Should I Get Rid Of These Records?

Desperate times call for desperate measures and so I'v decided that it's time to sacrifice my small collection of northern after about 18 years of slowly picking up Stafford era bits that I really love. I ain't no northern DJ - these are just records that I love and felt that I needed to own.

Thing is, I don't think I can bear to do this in dribs and drabs - it will kill me and I might end up changing my mind when four or five of my favourite tunes have already gone to the big postbox in the sky. With that in mind, where would be the place to get rid of these as quickly as possible and for a reasonable price?

first off i would ask for prices (if your not sure) on these then put them in the sales section and if you need to sell urgently be sensible with your prices and encourage sensible offers too,

List them all on ebay with a low start bid. You'll get a decent price and if you list them all at once you won't be able to change your mind.

Hi Ann don't let the hart Rule the Brain as you have on paper a nice few records, however realistically unless you auction the of individually you are not going to get your figure, a dealer is only going to pay for ex condition records and then pay half as it there job not a hobby, because of the condition if you get any offer over £750 think about it, I am in a similar position, and when you are skint. letting go of special things is hard, thats what stopped me selling as all i could show any one is yesterdays Bills, good luck if I had cash I would make an offer, don't you have a Friend who sells records or try some of the good guys like Keith Minshall Mick Smith Pat Brady and the like, they may well surprise you, these days good luck DAVE
