Guest in town Mikey Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Are there any other versions of Dont Waste Your Time, apart from the Shamettes and the Five Stairsteps?

Greg Shamettes brings back memories of Capitol in Shoreditch. Good toimes! As soon as I can I will start coming back regularly. We've just got to sort out Karen's health, and sell my house. Sounds so simple

Cheers Phil Flip of Sinceres is called "dont' waste my time" and it's a different song from what I recall (like you don't have it anymore).

Hi Benji Yeah that rings a bell now. It was mentioned to me by someone when I had the record (which was probably 15 years ago) that it was a version of shamettes. Think that was just idle chit-chat at a nighter and probably is a different song. Cheers phil Edited March 31, 2011 by grumpyfella
boba Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 the sinceres record is the a-side and is well known to sweet soul collectors. it has no relation to the five stairsteps song but is killer.
