Ady Croasdell Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 (edited) No it usually is but not 100 % strict, it could have been on acetate or a Kent promo only or sneaked out on a re-released LP like Charlie Rich (legally) or Spencer Wiggins (illegally).
