Hi,

Has anyone any info on the rarity of this Disc :

Gordon Staples & The String Thing - Strung Out

On the Original "Motown" Pressing Label 12 Inch Vinyl LP - Stereo MS722 {MS722 is the Official US Motown Release Number.}

Several 3rd Party Persons "suggested" that this Disc is now classified and Listed, as one of those very, very, rare Original Motown Label LP Vinyl Albums. With precious few of the big Original Detroit Motown Collectors ever having even sighted a Copy of the Disc.

or actually even that good imo, maybe 2 or 3 good tracks, just get the Strung Out 45 for it's funky A-side & don't even bother with the LP.

I've got one. Many of these were remaindered and sold off cheaply. Most probably ended up in the skip. But not in demand as far as I know and not particularly rare I would have thought.

The original album is a sought after breakbeat sample for funk collectors ..normally sells around the 40 / 50 region imho
