Guest Martin Balsam Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Probably from the 60s. The song structure is instrumental for about 30 sec. / acapella for 10 sec. / instr. 30sec. / acapella ... The lyrics go something like this: "Strawberry pie, blueberry pie, apple pie... ? ....PIE!" I think they also have the word "potatoes" and "french fries" in it or something else that ends with "ie". I heard Jazzman Gerald play it when he was in Ghent , I think Keb Darge played it also. What is it? EDIT: I thought I found it but no, that's electronic music from 2002: Gravy Train!!!! " Heart Attack lyrics Artist: Gravy Train!!!! Album: Heart Attack Song: Heart Attack "... savor the taste of my sweet poonanny pie I carry it around with me ... is some french fries And some of that hot apple pie"
