Where Did This Introduction Come From?

The intro to Harlem Shuffle by Bob And Earl and Jump by House Of Pain are the same........... but does anybody know where it came from originally?

House of Pain uses the Intro to Bob & Earl's 'Harlem Shuffle' Webby, as a direct sample, as far as I can tell, but the original Harlem Shuffle intro was probably based on Manhattan Spiritual, a 1959 hit for Reg Owen.
