Posted February 25, 201114 yr Hi Everyone, I've seen a few Northern 45s on Columbia where it's a rush reservice white label pressing. Would this be acceptable to play out as OVO? Many thanks.
February 26, 201114 yr Would have thought so, it's all part of the records history during the period of release. Normally an Initial error somewhere regarding it's release. The one that always springs to mind is George Carrow when they got the Title wrong. I have mentioned many times on here, I wonder what happened next, as you just don't see any copies with the correct Title on a Red Stock Copy. So they went to all of that trouble with the first Batch DEMO & Stock Copy, then the Rush Reservice & it sank ? Surely you would / should expect a Red Stock copy with the correct title, but so far nothing until the Grey Stock copy The Grey copy released as far as I'm aware, due to Northern Interest.
