Normally an Initial error somewhere regarding it's release. The one that always springs to mind is George Carrow when they got the Title wrong. I have mentioned many times on here, I wonder what happened next, as you just don't see any copies with the correct Title on a Red Stock Copy. So they went to all of that trouble with the first Batch DEMO & Stock Copy, then the Rush Reservice & it sank ? Surely you would / should expect a Red Stock copy with the correct title, but so far nothing until the Grey Stock copy The Grey copy released as far as I'm aware, due to Northern Interest.
