Darren, sorry about stepping on your parade, but I thought I would tell you that Otis Smith was pressed before The Casino opened it's doors.

It was a big Mecca and Torch record, prob the Cats as well but I never went to The Catacombs.:thumbsup:

Yes you're right Dave I'm merely pointing out it was also a Wigan hit.

I know it was pressed in 1970 rather than 71 and had plays elsewhere including Stoke before Wigan.

I think I'm right in saying that it was at its most popular late 73 early 74 but I'll bow to your knowledge as I was only Four at the time so I was not there.
