Guest Dave Turner Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 Thank you Barry, look forward to it as usual Dave
Guest Dave Turner Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Another very enjoyable hour listening to your show Barry. You lost me on the Charlie Blackwell though. My mum would have liked it though and i suppose you have to cater for the over 65s sometimes :0) Jesse James and Marjorie Ingram had me shuffling around polishing the kitchen floor with the bottom of me slippers. George Jackson, Glories, Clay Hammond and Johnny Robinson running one after the other, now that's 10 minutes plus of soul heaven in my book. Wonderful!
Soul-Brother Posted February 21, 2011 Author Posted February 21, 2011 Hi Dave... one of my favourite Elvis tracks....so decided to play Charlie Blackwell's version.... and as I will be 65 on March 20th (Show 311on same day...good planning by someone!)...I do remember the originals Regards Barry
