Having a major clear out and basically need the money.

The following are being sold as a single 'lot'. The best offer over £1,000 gets them all (offers by Friday 21st please). I will not use one bid to encourage others to 'bid up' - best offer on it's own merits gets them.

I'm not sure how much these would be to 'mail' but that would be an added extra cost we'd need to agree upon.

To help out I'm prepared to hand deliver within a 50 - 60 mile radius (or thereabouts) of Manchester for petrol money only (approx £15 - £20?)

I have tried to be tough with the grading as I'm keen that no one is disappointed.

As you'll see there are a number that would set you back at least 3 figures (including Epsilons, Singing Swinging Counts, Barbara Dane, Fay Simmon, Mavis Rivers & Roy Hamilton)

Ideal as collection builders and to sell on.

As a rough guide, in JM's book these would set you back over £4K (though conditions do need to be considered).

temp addition to guidelines

1. no comments ? - members if wish can lock the thread preventing any comments

2. discussion - any replies posted to a sales thread should be concerning the actual sale of the item

3. non sale comments - views on price or thoughts on the artistic merits of the item should not be posted in the sales thread

if wish to discuss such then better posting in a more suitable forum

if do have major concerns about validility of any sales item , don't post them up on the thread, "report" the post using the flag so mods are aware and can have a look and take action if needed

4. respect - the idea of the sales forums is to offer a place for members to sell and buy things in a free, no fuss no hassle manner

ask show some respect towards other members and to the site by making sure that you do take the time to think/check before you post any comments on any sales posts

a misguided/ill-informed comment or a badly worded question can have a serious negative effect on other members genuine sales/purchases and so best effort should be made by all members to avoid making these

Thank you for your observations. If I have been in any way unrealistic then that was not my intention.

The records in question cost me considerably more than the sum I am advertising them at. In addition I have tried to be extra strict grade-wise so as not to disappoint.

If I am being genuinely unrealistic then I will of course be happy to consider offers that SS readers deem more appropriate.

Should you wish to guide me in the right direction price-wise or provide any further advice / guidance / opinion regarding these records then that would be greatly appreciated; however I would prefer this was via a PM or via my personal email address to spare me any further embarrassment.
