Mark Bicknell
Ebay is flooded with these bloody things, sick of seeing them and ploughing through page after page of the crap, they should be reported and about time Ebay actually did something about it,the joke is two copies of this have been sold, so more fool the people for buying them, what's an original Fee of this £30/40.00 and even less for a 70's Grapevine so no excuses on buyers part, so many of these titles are pretty easy to get on originals so this is down to simply making a fast buck and it sucks. Benji
What A Load Of B*ll*cks those Labels Are!! I'm absolutely sure most (if not all of them) labels are left overs from the two-for-the-price-of-one lookalike bootlegs that flooded the market a few years ago. So the seller is either very close to the guy who did all the pressings or at least to the pressing plant that pressed them... Link to comment Social source share

I listed to Signed Beatles albums with no COAs and fully listed as non-verified with a full explanation, Within 24 hours they have been removed by ebay with a standard email saying they are in breach - " Not Authentic. Ive even had someone from ebay telling me I had a strike against my account. Ive made a complaint about the Frank Wilson Boots and they are still there days afterwards. Swifty
I know this may come across as sounding wrong (not meant that way!) but those fooking labels don't bear any resemblance to the originals , now that may be not to con people (but I doubt it) It just goes to show how cut throat these people are. If any of the Graphic Artists that have done 99% of the shite labels you see on these boots worked at my place they would be sacked! Even if you're going to boot something , at least do it well ! Cheers Swifty p.s. I stuggle to get a tenner on ebay for originals that book £50-£100 sometimes , maybe I'm in the wrong fooking game p.p.s. if anybody wants a label artwork doing properly , give me a call Link to comment Social source share
Pete S
plenty profit if hes done a run of 500 plus - should be around £6.00 plus each 45 - I agree re Ebay double standards but these charlatans need nipping in the bud They don't do runs Glyn, they just think of a title and if someone wants it, they cut it. A cutting machine, you can get one for under 5 grand, the blanks are probably a pound each. Link to comment Social source share

This is so true They'll soon jump on you for selling things they perceive as not being kosher when it comes to Beatles, Elvis etc BUT they let guzzillions of the soul bootlegs through without a problem. I wish someone could put an end to all those fucking bootlegs that are on ebay. If ebay sorted it out they'd be fucked overnight! Apart from the obvious serious problem of ripping off artists, legal owners etc it drives you fucking mad having to wade through the fucking things every fucking day, wasting your fucking time skipping over the fucking things!!!! I know it's been said before on here BUT we all need to press the 'report this item to ebay' (or whatever the link is called?) and report it each time we see it!
