Love Love Love by Bobby Hebb???????????

On opening lines a real quality tune with such a naff opening line is Hoagy Lands 'Do you know what Life is All About'

it goes 'I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, you know that I know, and I'm telling you all that I know.

Lyrical genius it aint but what a tune.

I know this !!!! I am sure Brian Rae used to play it, it was an album track off an album called " OUT OF SIGHT " but can't think of the title to save my life....

Dunno, but I believe it was covered up as "Out On The Floor" by Dobie Gray.

Here's one then:

"Every time I hear your name, makes me wonder if things will ever be the same........"

Is this the oldest of the oldies intros? Or the easiest of the easy?

7 Souls ...

How about "Sometimes I feel I've got to get away from the pain you drive into the heart of me"...

Tainted Love by some pop group

Ian - that's a whole half-verse in one line with half a lyric removed - cheat!!!

OK Ian, something a bit harder for you then:

"When I was just a little girl, I never did no wrong"

 Sorry Gene I was a aware it was a little out of whack, but I'm at work and a blast from the soul jukebox, wouldn't have gone down well, mid Monday Morn

'Little girl' thing not leaping out at me, will have a chin stroke ...
