heard this the other day & was blown away. most of his R&B stuff on backbeat seems very cheap. manship had one a while back for 75 quid I think. 'one of his hardest'... can we take that to be 40 or 50 then?

Probably less than that Macca, I paid 25 a year or two back, can't see it going up too much. Just bide your time, seem to be a never ending supply of them!

so was lee rogers 'sock some love power to me' on premium stuff when I sold it at keele in 1990 for 15 quid. time is a jet plane, it moves too fast...

I've sold a few at £40 and seen others at £70?

Copies have sold more than once at £75, even if I personally consider that too much. I had a bunch of copies some time back but they all went (accept one I kept for myself, great record), I sold them for £40 and £30. Perhaps not exactly a rare record as such but it seems to be much harder than his other 45's for some reason.
