Following on from my 'Ain't Nothing But A House Party' thread recently ( only two days to go now can't wait ) heres a few selections of the type of tunes i will be playing, my friends are gonna prop me up behind a set of decks, case of Becks lager and my records, no agenda, no politics just back to basics,desert island disc time folks!!!! what would you play if you had a free run at it???? Mak, pretty much all been played on the show at some stage over the past five years, but might just do what you suggested, just intrests me what we like to play away from gigs or what we would like to play out and about if we had a free run.

Unfortunately, Dave that is too common in the States. Haven't been to a soul night in years. Been meaning to get off my ass and do something about it, but I have a hard time staying up past 11 o'clock these days, unfortunately........

Oops ...... Empty heineken bottles all over the living room and piles of records everywhere this morning - I'll not comment on the state of m' heaaad :D:D

This was an easy thread to follow, all I had to do was rummage through a couple of the piles of records. Some of the 45's which hit the turntable. Surprisingly one or two were the same as Mark Bicknell's :

Tell you what Mark thats how it should be, there are so many shit hot tunes out there that are deamed non playable at gigs. some of the best night's I've had are when jock's play THERE stuff , and not for the crowd. Just my opion mind. Give me a night of 60's- early 70's music i've not heard for a while and I'm aa happy man. Keep up the good work
