A lot of the niters i go to i hear people saying that there are not many people in tonight because of other venues being on at the same time. Well the good news is that myself, Andrew - Cardiff. Andy - Soultown. Chris / Marcelle - New Century.

Mace - Queens Hall ( Stoke ). Have all got together and worked out the nighters for next year without we hope not stepping on each others toes. Lets bring the scene back together.

Best Regards.

Steve

This is exactly what the scene needs, and I think this site is an ideal place to ensure the larger event clashes are kept to a minimum, if not avoided completely.

Could someone post up weekender dates and other allniters such as Steam / 100 club / Marrs bar / Keele and any others in the 'Dates' thread in events.

Mike, could you possibly set up a fixed section dedicated to 2006 weekend calender dates for such events as allnighters/weekenders etc so everybody can see at a glance what is planned, and avoid any further clashes.

Soul nights are a different kettle of fish, as there are too many to avoid, and don't really affect allnighters, but I think mini allnighters should be included (4 oclock finishes etc)

It's about time promotors got there heads together on this.I have been in a situation only to often deciding which niter to go to.It is horrible when so many of your mates are going to one venue and another group are off to another.Especially when the promotors of the niters are your friends. You want to support them, but can not be in two places at one time.Which can then get you drawn into politics. And i don't do politics.I hope all the promotors get involved in this. And then we can all support more of them.Which has got to be to thier advantage at the end of the day.And of course the venue is going to be more enjoyable with higher numbers.Good luck hope it pays off.
