Listening to loads of Oldies on my ipod home before and these 5 tunes came on

The Triumphs-Comin' To Your Rescue

Paul Humphrey-Cochise

Rubin-You've Been Away

The Gems-l'll Be There

O'Jays-Looky,Looky

Gone are the days of dancing in my bedroom in front of the mirror with my mum shouting "Turn That Bloody Noise Down" and my dad looking through the crack in the door asking "What Are You Playing At?"

Tonight l just tapped my foot and nodded my head in time to the beat...As l drank my cup of tea

The head and heart is willing but the body....Well......

Dancing to them at my age, heart attack waiting to happen. lol.

Joking apart it would be great to have one's youth back, just to dance to records like this all night.

I couldn't dance to two on the trot nowadays. My legs won't hold out anymore.

Err...anything depending on what gear we had at the time...you know when you're dancing to the Javells at Wigan you're too fvcked to get discerning...anyone who went from 69 -80 pretty much danced to everything...to pick a favourite era is another thread entirely

Could never resist the Isley's "Tell Me It's Just A Rumour Baby" but to try it today aged 62 would leave me in intensive care.
