Guest Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 (edited) Listening to loads of Oldies on my ipod home before and these 5 tunes came on The Triumphs-Comin' To Your Rescue Paul Humphrey-Cochise Rubin-You've Been Away The Gems-l'll Be There O'Jays-Looky,Looky Gone are the days of dancing in my bedroom in front of the mirror with my mum shouting "Turn That Bloody Noise Down" and my dad looking through the crack in the door asking "What Are You Playing At?" Dancing to them at my age, heart attack waiting to happen. lol. Joking apart it would be great to have one's youth back, just to dance to records like this all night. I couldn't dance to two on the trot nowadays. My legs won't hold out anymore.

Guest turntableterra Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 What I have had is operation on my spine, both knees and my left hip. hi dave, i just had a little total hip replacement 3 weeks ago and back to work,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mate , i know its a long way from what you had done but i couldnt dance for years and limped for 4/5 years.i kid you not its like a new lease of life................wish you well with a good recovery

Certainly not if the two were Rubin and The Gems one after the other they stopped making the assistance to do so many years back.
