One of the problems seems to be buyers receiving goods different to what they actually ordered. That's where it gets a bit iffy and someone on the paypal forum says: "Except on ebay, where Paypal has special arrangements, you cannot file a dispute for "Not as Described". They'll only cover "Item not received" and all the seller has to do for that claim is to show that they delivered something to youWhat you should always do is pay with a credit card - that way you have extra protection." Hope your transaction turns out ok .
January 10, 201114 yr ok cheers mate i paid £50 so lets hope it turns out ok ive checked the dude in question, he seems pretty honourable and also had a seperate business (not records, pimping hustling, or fraud!) thats been going for over 20 years...... if i get a wrong order please let it be something nice, lucy versami from sky weather, or maybe cindy crawford
