Guest sigher the gutter snype Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Plenty stuff about em being scam artists on the web indeed ken ,see that myself, although i paid paypal so hopefully thats ok....or not!! saying that i did a search on ioffer and see some other sellers who i know are good eggs.. so i guess there is bad and good on all these sites we get on..
Godzilla Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 indeed ken ,see that myself, although i paid paypal so hopefully thats ok....or not!! saying that i did a search on ioffer and see some other sellers who i know are good eggs.. so i guess there is bad and good on all these sites we get on.. One of the problems seems to be buyers receiving goods different to what they actually ordered. That's where it gets a bit iffy and someone on the paypal forum says: "Except on ebay, where Paypal has special arrangements, you cannot file a dispute for "Not as Described". They'll only cover "Item not received" and all the seller has to do for that claim is to show that they delivered something to youWhat you should always do is pay with a credit card - that way you have extra protection." Hope your transaction turns out ok .
Guest sigher the gutter snype Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 ok cheers mate i paid £50 so lets hope it turns out ok ive checked the dude in question, he seems pretty honourable and also had a seperate business (not records, pimping hustling, or fraud!) thats been going for over 20 years...... if i get a wrong order please let it be something nice, lucy versami from sky weather, or maybe cindy crawford
boba Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 i've bought bootleg dvds from ioffer.com, seems to be one of the main sources for out of print or never in print movies
