If you did have a time machine and could get the records for those prices, the next obvious question is what would you do with them ?

1) Keep them..

2) Sell them on for a small profit....say a couple of quid on top.

3) Sell them on for a huge profit..... blush.gif

if i had a time machine i'd go back to the original artists, kidnap them and install them in a converted corn silo on a farm in wyoming where i'd have them making new stuff just for me which i'd let out to butch at the rate of one acetate a year

plus i'd then go back to the 1970s and kill all the jazz funkers

If I had a time machine, I'd pop back and see Berry Gordy and give him my personal assurance that I would take care of the disposal of all copies of Frank Wilson's Do I Love You (Indeed I Do).

Also a visit to the Shrine warehouse the night before the fire might be worth a look.

Finally would like to be behind the picket fence on the grassy knoll in Dallas on November 22 1963, so I could see Corsican mafia hit man Lucien Sarti and say ah ha! It was you all along. blush.gif
