Anyone seen this on ebay = > https://cgi.ebay.com/ANN-PEEBLES-PART-TIME-LOVE-ULTRA-RARE-ORIG70-LP-SEALED-/140495139043?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item20b629b0e3#ht_5227wt_905

Great album but a bit pricey..

This dealer specializes in LPs and has some wonderful items across all genres but always commands top dollar and gets it ! I can't understand why

Exactly ! Just likeJohn Manship with Northern 45's.

Also, most of his records are in great condition.

The "less common" Hi soul LPs from the late 60's - early 70's all usually fetch relatively substantial prices when they are listed on ebay, especially when they are sealed or are in top condition.

Three in particular are the Ann Peebles LP mentioned above, her husband Don Bryant's only HI LP, and Al Green's "Green Is Blues" LP with the first sleeve design that was soon withdrawn by the company.
