hello guys this is a bit of a pointless question but i was wondering if you keep classic motown tracks in your northern box , do you have a seperate box like me for all my uk issue motown black label or do you just mix them all together . i have a box for us northern label, a box for british labels ad as already stated a box for motown even though some are classic northern soul records and some are on us motowm labels like V.I.P ,SOUL, Tamla, GOrdy Ect.

cheers

If I choose to include Motown sides in my play box , they just go in with the others .

GUESS THAT WE ALL MAY BE DIFFERENT. ME AND DAVE (PINCH) KEEP ALL OUR RECORDS ON SHELVES, NOT IN BOXES. HOWEVER ALL OUR MOTOWN IS IN ONE SECTION, CLASSICS AND OBSCURITIES MIXED IN TOGETHER, ALL CATALOGUED FOM OLDEST TO NEWEST  . THE ONLY ONES THAT ARE IN A BOX ARE WHEN WE COME OUT TO DJ, AND I'M NOT SURE IF THERE'S ACTUALLY ANY MOTOWN AT ALL IN THERE.

bri mate,

the illusive supremes single e.u. only....if i remember, i had this on a dutch import pic sleeve ( back of love child) havent come across it in 20+years despite it being on the ultra common " reflections" lp, from which i am quite prepared to play it. YES, this strikes a chord as it really IS a superb dance track thats long overdue mass attention...nice to know you rate it as well!
