Guest hartwise Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 (edited) Hello everyone. I found this record recently and haven't been able to find any info on it except a possible date of late 1963. Maybe someone here could help me out. The record is: Grady Price with Artie Cape's Orchestra - Talking About A Big Love / Oh, How You Can Lie - Easy Records E-651 (1963) Here are links to the songs that I added to the refosoul area: https://www.soul-sour...-love-easy-651/ https://www.soul-sour...ow-you-can-lie/ Any info or just general thoughts about this record would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gary Grady Price - Talking About A Big Love - Easy Grady Price - Oh How You Can Lie - Easy Edited November 26, 2010 by 45cellar Refosoul Inserted
Guest hartwise Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Okay, I know I'm a newbie here and not very well versed in the soul genre but surely I'm not the only one who likes this record! It would be great if I could get some comments from the pros around here. 1963 soul, no information available about the artist??? Anybody as curious about this as I am? I would really appreciate any comments or some suggestions about where else I could look for information. Thanks very much!
hrtshpdbox Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 I like this record, as well - nice arrangements and vox. More a straight-up R&B'er than soul, I'd think. Surprised I can't find a word about a Grady Price in any of the usual places.
Guest hartwise Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 Its another Burnley record. I'm sorry but what's a Burnley record???
