Soul-slider Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 no - gets lotsa plays around the north west in the more upfront venues came out on 2 labels ive got both Yes, Independence and MCC. I had them both too but sold the Independence copy, MCC is the first release (or so I'm lead to believe). Quite surprised how cheaply I picked them up, maybe 'cos they are sometimes listed under 'Garage'. Love the stop start towards the end and the horns fading the record out! Brilliant tune.
Soulstu Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 Yep fantastic record, a white band from Omaha - gets played out where I go, sounds absolutely brilliant. https://www.nebrocks.org/chevrons.htm
Guest Waggy Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 (edited) Great 45, gets played out in Leics area and sounds very similar to : T J Williams : Baby I Need You https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-v-DFZeeJWE Edited May 24, 2015 by Waggy
Bazm Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 Andy Garside has been spinning this around the North West, might get a spin at the today in Wigan
