Velvet Satins Promo Or Boot (Again)

This may have been covered a few times but my poor memory can't recall this exact label design. Looks like the boot promo but without the concentric swirl lines.

Any opinion?

there is not a picture of this one in JM's guide, All the pictures show the title spread over 2 lines. So i don't know.
