I'm sure my copy, that I sold a few years ago, had the picture cover from the first post, & the italian issue on black Durium inside. Strange? Sure it was all Italian.

You're right. The Italian Durium copy has the same pic sleeve as the Dutch label. I just picked up a minter in a charity shop in Slough yesterday for the grand total of 50p!
