Record Labels Excluding Motown

Excluding the Motown stable of labels, which record label has contributed the most tracks to the UK Northern Soul Scene?

Is there one clear winner or are there a few close runners?

Most of the major US labels - Okeh / Loma / MGM / RCA / Columbia - Loads of others.

In the UK is has to be EMI and all the sub labels - and that is still excluding Tamla Motown
