Anoraks Corner Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 Icemen - (I Wonder) What It Takes - Samar dj. Storming 60s with real attitude Always rated this one...powerhouse stormer of a track I recall buying a copy from Pete Lawson at the 100 Club many years ago and leaving it at the back of his box for storeage. I then forgot to pick it up before I left...doh!
Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 (edited) Always rated this one...powerhouse stormer of a track I recall buying a copy from Pete Lawson at the 100 Club many years ago and leaving it at the back of his box for storeage. I then forgot to pick it up before I left...doh! Jimi Hendrix is on lead guitar on both sides - honest! This is worth buying for 'She's A Fox' on its own - a beautiful cross between the Impressions and the Blues Busters at their most soulfully sublime... Can't say as I remember what the other side sounds like, I'll have to give it a play when the whole household is awake! Edited October 30, 2010 by TONY ROUNCE
