Not sure what I'm doing with some of them...what's the going rate for these x4 at present: Tony Sams - Tishman LaCharles McCoy - AMC King Soloman - MaderD Jounior (sic) Wells - Bright Star Thanks in advance.

Anoraks Corner Posted October 18, 2010 Author Posted October 18, 2010 Thanks chaps...appreciate it I also came across the other King Soloman on MaderD, but was underwhelmed on listening, so passed on it Must admit I've known the Tony Sams for years and this is my first time to find one...excellent tune
timthemod Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Manship has a Junior Wells for £40, but for £20 you can buy 'Up In Yeah' which is the same backing track with different lyrics.
Guest Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 (edited) Thanks chaps...appreciate it I also came across the other King Soloman on MaderD, but was underwhelmed on listening, so passed on it Must admit I've known the Tony Sams for years and this is my first time to find one...excellent tune Tony Sams it is a great tune, and has sold for well over 300 as I am sure you will know in years gone by, but today with everyone being skint I think 200 -250 would be realistic, you know it is a real hard tune and its perhaps suffering along with other semi known top end rnb tunes like Hayes Cotton Love playes funny games which I would not expect to get 250 for at the moment These great rnb tunes are a bit out of fashion at the moment on this fickle scene IMO Same with the beat ballads. Great time for collectors - not so good for dealers but best of luck - there mey be a mad mod out there with loads of dosh ! ha - I noticed the Eddie King 45 behind the Tony Sams ! I used to have that 45 - its a duet with mae b mae - please mr dj or somthing ? have not heard that for 20 years what's that like these days Edited October 19, 2010 by mossy

'Please Mr.DJ'...yep sounds great still to my ears...proper uptempo Northern R'n'B!
