Am i right in thinking that this is unissued and only released on Kent?

I only heard it for for the first time the other day and it blew me away! I dont think i've ever heard it played out either....Obviously not as good as Tobi Lark but still a quality soul dancer.

Would the soul police beat me if i played it out lol?

Came out on Ace's Kent records (Town 116) in 1999, Callum - as flip-side to the better known 'Challenge My Love' version by Tobi Lark - and, so far as I'm aware, it was previously unissued. Although I'm certain someone on here will put the record straight if I'm incorrect.

As for playing it out.. ABSOTIVELY !! I've previously played it at the Move On Soul 'nites in Coventry and have (had) no qualms in the slightest about playing like (otherwise unissued) 45's. My last gig at Rugby's Benn Hall last month saw me play at least four such records (6T's Anniv. 45's).. All in one set !!

Play away! Was spun many times at the Capitol Soul Club back in the day, actually i played it at the recent Brighton allnighter and as usaul it went down great. Top tune!!
