Quinvy Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 (edited) ............................ ............................ .............................. ............................ Changing Scene When The City Sleeps C/w You Can't Destroy My Love Harry Bass (of Shrine fame) teams up with LaMont Johnson for a recording session of imaginative, individualism and attitude. BOTH sides deliver Northern Soul how it should be, a brass driven beat rode by swirling male group vocals that get kinda angry until the horn arrangement quells their rampage. Both sides are wild, unbridled runaway truck dancers of the very highest calibre! I'd NEVER sell mine, if you owned one would you? Sorry, this item has already been won! Dean Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I was stunned by Masqueraders. I thought I recalled JM auctioning on a year or so ago for about £400. But then looked on popsike out of curiosity and saw one went for $1224 back in 2007. There's no real price only what two people will pay.
Guest Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) Record prices went mad a while back I thought, when records that are easily available everywhere for £10 or less (for example Bobby Patterson's Right On Jody on the Paula label) get covered up and sold for £100..... #1 Quinvy Posted 17 Jun 2010 - 01:36 AM LITTLE JOHNNY BLAIR C/UP - M- £100 Attached File(s) 32.MP3 (1.38MB) Number of downloads: 95 Edited October 5, 2010 by Guest

Played the audio file a few times, it sounded so familiar but couldn't place it. Now I know, I already have it, it's on the Bobby Patterson "matter of time" album
