bri pinch Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS CHOON, CAME OUT ON BRITISH BELL, B SIDE OF LET IT BE ME.....OR SO JOE LAKIN TELLS ME. BRI PINCH
Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS CHOON, CAME OUT ON BRITISH BELL, B SIDE OF LET IT BE ME.....OR SO JOE LAKIN TELLS ME. BRI PINCH ..and Joe would be 100% correct! "You'll Get Yours..." was coupled on the UK Bell 45 with 'Funny Feeling', which was the group's previous single in the USA and which UK Bell had passed over to issue 'Let It Be Me'... There's a nice version of 'Loving Him' on Sussex by someone - an early number that, from memory, uses the same or a very similar backing track. Pat and the somebodyorothers, I think (not Pat and the Blenders, though...)

Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Pat Sands and The Pebbles. While you've been typing this I've been upstairs to check my Sussex 45s, and I came to exactly the same conclusion! Not a bad version, either - albeit not in the same league as the fabulous Delfonics cut!
