very hard to find (and a different mix than the LP) but on ebay only goes for $50-$100, craig moerer got $50 in february.

the few that have gone on ebay have been vg though, if memory serves

there has been at least one mint one and craig moerer was "clean VG" which is pretty clean by his standards. it is usually beat though.

Thanks for the information - I guessed it wasn't that easy to find as I've rarely seen it.

I think the value factor today has a lot to do with demand and popularity rather than actual rarity - this is a sweet / mellow soul tune with a funk flip side so it's limited as to where it would get played out

Agreed. Great radio tune though! Think I got mine in West Palm Beach some years ago. It was cheap ($8) but from a collector who likes sweet / deep etc ......
