Look out for the Tony Manero / Los Fulanos version of Bobby Valentin ' use it before you lose it ' on Vampi. Bloody brilliant !! should get one for about 25 pounds or less. It has the instrumental on the flip.

Ricardo Ray - Nitty Gritty Joe Coba - Sock it to me Mongo Santamaria - We got latin soul (if you look in the right places!) Guest Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 picked that up from a German dealer for about $10AU ,have most of the stuff listed ,Mossy how much does the JOhnny Zamot go for ? I got it off e bay - don't think it was no more than 40 quid (MINT). Seen silly prices "buy it now" for 100 quid but its one you could pick up cheap on a good day I think. Its a better LP than "tell it like it is" by Johnny Zamot, IMO, But its his "Boogaloo frog" lp that seems to be the one people pay decent money for innit. cheers
Garswood Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 just put JOE BATAAN- RIOT in sales, its a fantastic LP and very cheap at £30

Liljimmycrank Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Ricardo Ray & Mongo Santamaris that have previously been mentioned are brill tunes, always gone down a storm at That Driving Beat and fill most soul floors when played out. Drop a PM to my mate Rich Buckley on here. He's got bucket loads of latin stuff and knows his onions on the genre!
shuggie61 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Hector Rivera - I Want A Chance At Romance. Killer floor-filler.
