I know a lot of track where played at the Casino and Richard broke some awsome sounds that Stafford gets the credit for but what tracks defined the newveo sound, if there is such a thing?

Alfie Davison - Love Is A Serious Business.

RONNIE DYSON - "Lady in red"

Get Into Your Life by Beloyd

What sounds marked the end of one era and the start of another?

Sorry Simon - but moving well away from the thread title, but sticking with the Richard's later North West heavily deep influenced underground scene, its got to be the period when "Table Cloth soul turned into Tent Music"............................laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gifthumbsup.gif.

But then -

The Chandlers - Your Love Makes Me Lonely

Walter Wilbert Jr - 24 Hour Of Lonliness

And would agree with Rob, Richards old Joe Mathews cover up Cecil Washington - I dont Like loose.

"Night of the wolf " would have to be a dividing line, as would burning spear, and phyllis hyman. To be honest though they must havbeen played before i started goin to niters as they al came out before 79.

WTF is this all about, Simon you are just listing series of records with no connections in style or time played or even to the f***ing questions! Listing a whole load of cheesy 70's doesn't reallly represent any thing to do with "the change" whatever that is, maybe some definition, some scope and some structure please and people might understand it a bit better, in my opinion obviously!!
