Pete S Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 yep its on uk island, should be around £100 - 150 great tune good luck Are you nuts, it should be 5 to 10 quid, this is as common as Do The Teasy and just because a certain website lists it for a joke price, it doesn't mean a thing - trust me, I collect this stuff and other pink Island things like Waterfall - Jimmy Cliff are ten times rarer. This is a record so crap I used to find it hard to give away.
Wiggyflat Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 (edited) Ive got one Pete but i dont want to sell it ........Carl and Maria Willingham started playing it and it went up to £150....get to one of the big uk record fairs and you will find them at a tenner along with This Train and Robin Hood Rides Again. Guest kev such Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Found one and paid for it. Thanks All. The wonders of Soulsource eh? In all honesty sometimes if you want a tune bad enough you'd pay whats being asked for it. Kev

You don't even need to go to a big fair, it's a common record, like pink label Jackie Edwards. Saying that a record like that is worth more than the VIP's "Straight down to the bottom" - utter madness.
Phil Shields Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Hi Pete, I'm just speaking from my experience bought a copy for £30 a few months ago and sold it for £100 within a week a nice little profit

Still can't believe anyone wants this though, thats from years of buying ska and reggae and literally listing it for £5 or less.
