Nope me neither Dennis only the issue,my copy is worn but plays well,and every other copy I have seen,seems worn too maybe the same batch that someone brought over?

Couldn't give this away ...

Most of them are worn because it was a big local hit. I had an EX one about 3 months ago and it was one of very few copies I've had in really nice nick

Got that from Mick Smith down the 100 Club one night, think it may have been 40/£50. Got bored of it after a while, think I managed to get £25 for it in the death.

Here's a propper D-town demo to compare.

Pic doesn't really do it justice, you'd have to have it in yer hand.

It was worn and miscoloured with age. But it was definitely a white demo.

Just worth noting that the Soul Brothers WDJ (if it's the same as mine) is unusual among the D-Town WDJs in that it has a watermark in the paper which I think says "DJ COPY" across the label (you can just about see this in the attached scan).

Still think from the info and pic available that the other pic is most probably a worn issue - sorry

Certain it was sold on ebay as a demo with no complaints or comeback. As said, I owned the copy and what it looks like in the picture and what it looked like in the flesh are a bit different. It was white for a start.

I'll check and get back to you.

Whilst we are talking about Lil Soul Brothers WDJ (1069) ,mine is titled "I've got heartaches" bw "What can it be" - not just "Heartaches",and does not have any water marks,just DJ COPY stamped.

Simsy - that Silky looks like a faded issue mate,where's the DJ Copy stamp? Sorry.

As an aside,i purchased a Sandra Richardson WDJ from ebay,photo looked white.When it arrived it was an orange issue.! Seller said it was a photgraphic error.
