I married a Carlisle Soulie & remember the lady in question well. She was wonderfully welcoming of southern lass! (Even tho I was from the Midlands). If you haven't found any info by now I'll ask my delightful ex to see if he knows anything

Cant make it ste but i would have come, i got a bit of time off work with moving shifts so we booked a week away....bloody Cleethorpes in a caravan blame the mrs ,looks like i am going to miss the Morecambe nite aswell.

Hiya Christine,yeah she had red hair,not ginger but died deep reddish,not sure about who she knocked about with or Gary Mebs?.

Sounds very like Pam Farish, tall girl, shortish but died deep red, mad as a hatter, but great girl. One of my very good friends towards end of Casino and more so at Rotherham etc. She was very friendly with the Morecombe crowd and used to travel a lot on her own, went out with Paul from Selby for a while, great lad with great records although rumour is he went of to be a copper!

I did get in touch a few years ago, maybe 7 or so, she was living in Blackpool. working in hotel I think, she had a kid I am sure. Unfortunately dont have any contact details.

We must have knew each other from back then Neil!!

Cheers jocko thanks for the info,i think we are talking about the same girl the surname sounds very familliar.

We probably did bump into each other jocko i knew Mike Kennedy(celtic top,i still keep in touch with him...when he could be arsed answering his e-mails )must admit every year i get past forty and the old grey matter fades.
