This tune is quality it's a Steve Hiscock (abbeyrnb) and Bob Morris spin, I'm pretty sure that Steve sold Bob his copy for around £50 a few radcliffe's ago, so taking that into account with yours being a demo it must be worth a few quid extra. It seems to be quite a hard tune to find, I've been looking since i first heard it! Hope this helps mate Callum
