Dean Rudland Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 I heard the reissue played out a while back and it sounded different than the original 45, is it taken off the LP? It is, but the original 45 is also the album version. Might be down to the mastering. Dean

hullsoul Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Thanks a lot to all!! Hope to find the fania LP. The Fania LP also has the excellent "Central Park" on it, which imo is as good if not better then "Learned To Dance" Cheers Martyn
Dave Abbott Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 The Fania LP also has the excellent "Central Park" on it, which imo is as good if not better then "Learned To Dance" Cheers Martyn I agree that Central Park ids good, very good in fact; but not better than 'Never Learned' IMO - it reminds me of 'Ordinary Joe' which aint no bad thing

Prophonics 2029 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 I agree that Central Park ids good, very good in fact; but not better than 'Never Learned' IMO - it reminds me of 'Ordinary Joe' which aint no bad thing I agree Dave but there are 2 versions of this single 3 if you included the LP stereo version, a harder gritty more Greater Experience style and the flowing LP version. harvey averne - central park - harvey averne - central park -
Emjaygee Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 If you only want it for your Ipod as you can't get a copy on original format, then you can get it from Itunes or amazon for 79p.
