Guest sue77 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I was watching an interview on 'The Strangeness of Northern Soul' who said that in the 70's there was a time when you could get a pair of trousers made at the Casino, measured up by midnight, pick them up at 8. Does anybody know anything about this?
Guest topcatnumpty1 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Spencer.s(Baggy trousers) did have a stall on the balcony ,close to the entrance to MR.m,s ,where they sold their trousers --but these were ready made-----i think you must have misunderstood when someone said to you --"You could order gear and pick it up the same night,on the balcony!!!!"-- I may be wrong ask Webby T.C.
