This is really sad news Hermon was a real great guy

Just spoken with a friend of his who told me that he had gone into Hospital to have a leg amputated and died from complications resulting from this operation.

sad news was at ric-tic etc wasnt he

think he was featured on tv in shop,when martin freeman went to Detroit in

peoples records(Brad Hales) think he talked with him

post-1804-041836100 1277736229_thumb.jpg Very prolific writer etc on the Detroit scene , he penned Dee Edwards " Why can't there be love " for instance .He was also a talented painter , one of his most famous pieces is the front cover of The Temptations " Psychedelic Shack " album .He will be sadly missed, RIP Hermon .....Eddie

Hermon at People's Records in Detroit not long before the fire and flooding that brought about the move to Woodward. He was there to design and paint all the signage outside the shop. Much of his work can still be seen around Detroit.
