Every now and then I treat myself to a CD full of stuff I've never heard of. You can do that thanks to Kent :boxing: So I've just bought myself 'Still paying our dues'. OK, so I have heard some of the tracks, but mostly it's full of stuff that I don't recognise.

Being the anal retentive ruthlessly efficient guy I am, my first task is to copy all the tracks onto a spreadsheet. You can do that thanks to Open Office.org.

Of course, typing out all those tracks can be a bit of a bind so I just copy and paste them. You can do that thanks to the Muse database... Oh wait a minute. No you can't, because it's not always right. The listing for this CD shows 24 tracks, the actual CD has 25 tracks. Of the tracks listed, some are in the wrong order. And some of the track details are incorrect. How did Wendy Rene's 'Bar B Q' become 'BarBQ week'? Why don't they know the difference between Esther Phillips with The Dixie Flyers and 'Little' Esther Phillips?

By the time I'd sorted everything out it would have been quicker to just type them out from the CD tracklist.

...Unless it's the CD tracklist that's wrong :shudder: ph34r.gif
