ERR DRIZABONE..RAP ! NO WAY

"Rap" Pressure Drizabone

Sorry wrong track, I meant to add "Real Love" where she Raps (2:40) in

I got the feeling, the meaning, you catch my meaning, I'm drifting like a boat of course because I'm dreaming.

About the sensual physical attraction I'm off this world because I'm crazy.............

Boogaloo

The Quik - Bert`s Apple Crumble

Personally for me Simon I wouldn't class that as Boogaloo to me its 60's beat / freakbeat a term used in the 80's Mods scene of course I could be wrong:g: lol

Reggae?

How about Jimmy Cliff - Waterfall?

Maybe not reggae, but a reggae artist, and the other side certainly is.

Anyone know why, or how he came to record this? It sounds to me like it could be for a film?

Surprised no one has mentioned MOANRS - this scene is alive and well!

(Modern Oldies Acceptable to Northern "Real Soulies")

things like the awful "tribute to Betty", Neo "Smile" and "Standing on Solid ground" :hatsoff2:

Chin strokers are a type of person like handbaggers i guess....

Scooterists soul??? have you heard this term used????

Fair point about chinstrokers, but I've definately heard the term 'scooterists soul' used, though probably only between soul loving scooterists. It's the overplayed trash we have to live with, that even a desperate DJ on the northern scene wouldn't touch unless he was being ironic. "Out On The Floor", "The Snake", "A Little Bit Hurt", "Fortune Teller", "Stop Her On Sight" and the like.

All still played too regularly on the scooter scene.
