Dazdakin Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 oh no. seen him at stafford reunion, we got chit chatting just like it was last week since we seen each and not 10yrs. He had said he was in recovery from cancer and looked great with his new blond hair. Top bloke always made me laugh especially when crew alexander was the topic. I will miss him, proper old school. getting a little sick and tired of saying this nowdays but RIP Martin.

Its sad mate as we are all from the same era of going every weekend twice a weekend and not really giving a fiddlers fuck as to what happens when monday gets here. Like you say was one of the true "faces" and very knowledgeable to boot.

Other people with him did not believe it to be true so they phoned martin and he has just fucking answered!!! Martin IS NOT DEAD he is alive and well.

Just messaged Barry who messaged me to inform .... apparantly there are two Martins Mellor/Maylor in Crewe - spoke to Nogger Allen who said that he'd been informed as well from Julie (Hodge) who also knew Martin So we'll stop this thread until this mess is cleared up and the correct info' supplied Can any MOD close this thread.. cant find where to do this ?????
